📚 Job Description

1. Teaching Support:

• Prepare materials and classroom resources as requested by the teacher.

• Work closely with the teacher to conduct teaching activities, ensuring class quality and students’ progress.

• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere to help students participate effectively.

2. Supervision & Reporting:

• Closely monitor class performance and provide timely updates and reports to teachers and management.

• Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports regarding classes, students, teachers, and partners when required.

3. General Support:

• Assist in organizing events, extracurricular activities, and communication activities to engage and attract students.

4. Other Duties:

• Carry out tasks assigned by the management team.

✨ Requirements

• Currently a student majoring in English Language Studies, English Education, or related fields.

• At least 18 years old with good English proficiency.

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and enjoys working with children and students of various ages.

• Professional, responsible, and committed to following procedures and guidelines.

• Able to work flexible hours (both morning and afternoon).

• Willing to travel for work when needed.
