Holds a 120-hour TESOL certificate and a TOEIC score of 880. Experienced in lesson planning, activity-based instruction, communicative teaching, grammar instruction, classroom management, and differentiated instruction for mixed-ability learners. Achieved a 100% pass rate (4/4 students) in Cambridge Starters exam preparation, with all students earning 5/5 shields in Speaking. Proficient in using educational technology, including Kahoot and Jamboard, to enhance student engagement, strengthen vocabulary and grammar, and build confidence in English communication.

My name is Trịnh Vũ Ngọc Trâm. I graduated with a degree in Legal English from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and I have also completed a TESOL course.

During university, I worked part-time at English centers, and through that experience, I realized that I really enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge with students.

My strength is that I’m very patient with students. I’m willing to explain things in different ways until they understand.

My weakness is that I’m sometimes not very confident, especially when I face a new teaching situation. To improve this, I always prepare my lessons carefully before class and practice in advance. This helps me feel more confident and deliver my lessons better.

I hope to keep improving my teaching skills and become a more confident and effective teacher.

Với khoảng một năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy học sinh THCS theo chương trình sách giáo khoa, tôi luôn chú trọng đến việc học sinh có thực sự hiểu và vận dụng được kiến thức hay không. Tôi mong muốn có thêm cơ hội giảng dạy thực tế để học hỏi, điều chỉnh phương pháp và phát triển bản thân. Take advantages  of English proficiency to instill knowledge into students, make full use of time to spread the love of English to everyone.
